1. Overview

Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent policy that respects both the client’s needs and the therapist’s preparation time.
All sessions are booked by appointment and reserved exclusively for you.

2. Refunds and Rescheduling

  • More than 48 hours’ notice:
    You may reschedule or cancel your session at no cost. A full refund will be issued upon request.

  • Less than 48 hours’ notice:
    Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50 % refund, to help cover time reserved and preparation costs.

  • Missed sessions (“no-shows”):
    No refund is available for sessions missed without notice.

3. Method of Refund

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for booking (e.g. Stripe, debit/credit card).
Refunds will normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your card provider.

4. Technical or Service Issues

If a session cannot proceed due to:

  • therapist unavailability, illness, or technical fault,

  • or a verified technical issue on the therapy platform (e.g. Zoom outage),

you will be offered either a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

5. Digital or Informational Products

Any digital materials or downloadable resources provided as part of the programme are non-refundable once delivered, unless defective or sent in error.

7. Legal Basis

This policy complies with the Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU (Consumer Information, Cancellation and Other Rights) Regulations 2013 as applicable in Ireland.
